Thank you for using the services provided by Guardian AI (the “Platform”). The Platform provides members with convenient access to its services and transactions in accordance with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
To protect your rights and interests, please read these Terms carefully. By registering as a member of the Platform or beginning to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Protection and Information Security Policy, and the applicable personal data collection notice and consent terms.
If you do not agree with all or any part of these Terms, please do not register and immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Membership Rights and Responsibilities
Before using the Platform, you must provide accurate personal information and complete the membership registration process. Certain Platform services and activities may only be available after registration has been completed.
You are responsible for keeping your personal information accurate and up to date. If you fail to update your information and, as a result, do not receive notices concerning membership benefits, promotional offers, activities, service changes, or termination of benefits, such notices will nevertheless be deemed to have been duly delivered.
Your personal data will be protected and processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Protection and Information Security Policy.
For the best user experience, the Platform recommends using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
2. Changes to the Services
You agree that the Platform may adjust, revise, modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services or these Terms at any time.
Unless otherwise required by law, such changes will become effective after they are published on the Platform, and no separate individual notice will be provided.
Any rights and obligations arising from your participation in Platform activities or use of Platform services will be governed by the latest version of these Terms.
3. Disclaimer Regarding Personal Health Data and Health Guidance
Health guidance provided through the Platform is generated based on the information you submit through the Health Assessment and Personalized Questionnaire, together with your registration information.
The Platform may use data analytics and algorithmic tools to analyze this information and identify potential health risks or recommend relevant products, services, or health management options from the Platform’s database.
All health guidance, risk estimates, assessments, reports, and recommendations provided by the Platform are intended solely for general health management, education, and informational purposes.
They do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or any other professional healthcare service.
Diagnosis and treatment of any disease or medical condition must be performed by qualified healthcare institutions and licensed medical professionals. Platform content must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, examination, or treatment.
If you experience symptoms, have concerns about your health, or require medical care, you should promptly consult a qualified medical professional.
4. Personal Data Collection Notice and Consent
To provide comprehensive membership services and protect your personal data, the Platform provides the following notice in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
For purposes including:
- Providing member benefits, promotional offers, products, services, events, and updates
- Managing membership information
- Providing Platform services
- Conducting surveys and satisfaction assessments
- Performing consumer behavior, transaction, and statistical analysis
- Improving Platform functions and user experience
the Platform may collect, process, and use:
- Personal information provided during membership registration
- Purchase and transaction records
- Service usage information
- Health assessment and questionnaire responses
- Other personal data subsequently provided with your consent
Such personal data will be collected, processed, and used only during the period in which the stated purposes remain applicable and within the scope reasonably necessary to fulfill those purposes.
Important Notice
You agree that electronic consent may be used as the legally valid equivalent of written consent under the Personal Data Protection Act.
You may choose not to provide personal data or may request deletion or suspension of the collection, processing, or use of your personal data.
However, if you do not provide required information or request that such information no longer be processed, the Platform may be unable to:
- Review or maintain your membership eligibility
- Complete related administrative procedures
- Provide certain Platform functions
- Deliver complete or personalized online services

5. Amendments and Effective Date
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Amendments will take effect once published on the Platform website, unless otherwise stated or required by law. The Platform will not provide separate individual notice of amendments.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms of Use page periodically to confirm whether these Terms have been updated.
The Platform may revise these Terms without prior notice to members and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, will not be liable to members or third parties solely as a result of such revisions.
Your continued use of the Platform’s software or services after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The headings used in these Terms are provided solely for convenience and do not affect the interpretation, meaning, or scope of any provision.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Until the Platform replaces or revises the invalid provision, the relevant matter will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
